Debra Wilde has worked as an interior designer and color consultant in Oregon since 1988. In 2001, she was recognized by Architectural Digest magazine as 'one of the Outstanding Interior Designers in Oregon.’ Debra is an accredited color consultant through the International Association of Color Consultants/Designers (IACC-NA) and holds a BA from Southern Illinois University with a specialized major in the Integrated Arts. Debra Wilde Design is a MWESB-certified business. During her studies at the IACC-NA, she developed The Core Color Plan, a unique methodology used to assess personal response to color in the environment, with the goal of enhancing well-being, peace of mind, and purpose within the individual. She is passionate about the aesthetic, scientific, and psychological application of color in the architectural environment and approaches her projects from this perspective. Projects include design and color consulting for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. Clients have included Imperial Woodworking for Louis Vuitton Portland, Metro, the Oregon Convention Center, the University of Oregon, NCES Publications, Bowen Property Management, Romania Development, Best HQ, Intel, Northwest Christian College, Gibault Catholic High School, and numerous other commercial and residential clients. In addition to her design work, Debra is a painter and fine artist.
